Supported Living provides individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes or apartments. This service enables individuals to lead self-directed lives by providing guidance and support with daily living tasks, household management, and community engagement, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Supports may include:

  • Securing and maintaining housing

  • Meal planning, shopping, and household chores

  • Budgeting and financial management

  • Scheduling and attending appointments

  • Training in self-advocacy and problem-solving

  • 24-hour emergency on-call support

Who It's For:

  • Adults (18+) with developmental disabilities

  • Individuals enrolled in the Florida iBudget Waiver

  • Those who wish to live independently, not in a group home or licensed facility

Service Goals:

  • Promote autonomy and personal choice

  • Support a safe, stable, and fulfilling living situation

  • Enhance community integration and inclusion

Supported Living is delivered by certified Supported Living Coaches who work closely with individuals to achieve their personal goals and maintain independence in the setting of their choice.
