Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will provide direct, 1:1 behavioral support services under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver behavior intervention services based on individualized Behavior Support Plans
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills to help clients reach their goals
Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors
Accurately collect and record data during each session
Submit daily documentation and maintain client records in compliance with company and Medicaid requirements
Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to ensure consistency across all environments
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing supervision
Required Qualifications
Must be a Board-Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing with the BACB
High school diploma or GED (required); associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 6 months of experience providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Ability to follow directions, collect data accurately, and maintain professionalism
Must pass a Level II background screening
Reliable transportation to assigned session locations (if applicable)
