The Board Certified Behavior Assistant Analyst (BCaBA) will conduct functional behavioral assessments, creates behavior plans, provide training & supervision of direct care staff to ensure effective implementation of the behavioral plan, as well as all relevant policies and procedures.  The BCaBA will also analyze and graph data, complete required reports, present behavior plans to the Local Review Committee (LRC) and complete required documentation in a timely manner.

The BCaBA is responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and principles as well as demonstrating sound professional judgment at all times. Collaboration with family, caregivers, and all service providers is necessary to ensure continuity of care.

Supervision, as required by the BACB, will be provided by the Clinical Director.

You will work with a supportive and experienced behavior analysis team with over 25 years of experience, including a Clinical Director, BCBA’s, BCaBA’s and Behavior Assistants.  You will be provided with all necessary monitoring, feedback and professional collaboration.  We look forward to adding you to our team as we work to provide the highest standards of excellence in behavior analysis.
